Mary Hansen

This group has meant the world to me and has helped me navigate my way through motherhood. I've been a part of this village since 2018, an instructor since 2018, and a franchisee owner since April 2023. I have three awesome girls; Molly, Lexi, and Kylie, who continuously amaze me and keep me on my toes. I didn't have a clue what motherhood was going to be like as a new mom but this village has made it better than I could have imagined. Not only do we get self care by exercising together but we get to socialize with other moms who are there for each other. We get to connect with our kids and show them the importance of exercise and community. Having a village is so important and I couldn't ask for a better one.
